Job Title: Feasibility Document Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Feasibility Document Specialist to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. This role is responsible for supporting the review, drafting, negotiation, tracking, and filing of feasibility documents in accordance with company processes and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with feasibility and study teams to develop CDA templates for pre-award feasibility site outreach.
  • Support CDA negotiations with sites until final execution.
  • Receive signed CDAs, review, route for signature, track, file, and process according to company procedures.
  • Liaise with Contracts Department to address legal queries and questions.
  • Work with manager and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues related to confidentiality agreements.

Requirements:

  • 2-year college degree or equivalent experience in law, scientific fields, business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management and feasibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
