We seek an exceptional educational leader to join our esteemed institution, Potterspury Lodge School. As the Headteacher, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence and fostering a supportive environment for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

With a strong focus on SEN, we are committed to providing high-quality education and care. Our school is well-equipped to cater to the needs of up to 64 children, offering a stimulating curriculum that promotes growth and development.

Estimated Salary: £100k per annum (circa)

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEN, with previous experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head. You will be motivated to build upon our existing vision, developing a comprehensive plan to drive academic success and further improve our Ofsted rating.
