Wills and Probate Administrator Role

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Wills and Probate Administrator to support our client in Solihull. As a Wills and Probate Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wills team in delivering an efficient and effective service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Wills team in drafting wills and associated documents
  • Liaise with clients to obtain instructions and provide updates
  • Manage a caseload of Wills matters
  • Assist with the administration of estates
  • Conduct legal research

Requirements:

  • Experience in a legal environment, preferably Wills and Probate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
