We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adults Social Care Professional to join our friendly team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a Colchester Community Based Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality social care services to adults in need
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve positive outcomes
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers
* Contribute to the development and implementation of social care policies and procedures
