About the Job
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Radiologist to join our team. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for reporting general radiographic examinations for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain advanced clinical skills in Upper GI patients and work flexibly according to changes in work patterns and requirements. You will participate in the general on-call rota and contribute to the organisation and administration of the Radiology Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Upper GI Imaging and Cross-Sectional Imaging, with competent skills in liver biopsy and ascitic drainage. Previous experience in upper GI MDT would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a full-time job plan based on a 10 PA working week. A formal job plan will be agreed between the successful candidate and their Clinical Director and consultant colleagues within 3 months of starting in post.
