They are proud to supply many of the world's most prominent car and vehicle manufacturers. We are currently hiring an HR Advisor to support their team in the Peterlee area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support across all areas of human resources.
- Manage absence management processes, including monitoring attendance, tracking leave requests, and providing support to employees and managers.
- Support restructuring initiatives by assisting with organizational changes, workforce planning, and employee communications.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Process payroll.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay current on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.
- You will have a strong background in HR duties and payroll.
- You will ideally have a manufacturing background or an understanding of the industry.
- You will be a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and navigate various HR challenges with professionalism and tact.
