About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Adult Education Teacher to join our team at a SEMH school in Guildford. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, promoting their academic progress, emotional development, and social growth. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless student experience.

Key Accountabilities:
  • To develop and implement effective education plans that meet the needs of students.
  • To provide individualised support to students, adapting teaching strategies to meet their unique needs.
  • To build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.

Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary or Secondary qualified.
  2. Experience working with students with SEMH or similar needs, either in a school setting or other relevant environments.
  3. A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a focus on solutions and a commitment to ensuring each child succeeds.
