We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, purchasing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to nurture leads through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage Campaign Performance: Oversee daily campaign management, including budgets, bid strategies, creative, copy, targeting, and tracking.
  • Optimize Marketing Strategies: Use CRM and web analytics to track leads, monitor website behavior, and optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Development: Develop marketing and sales collateral, including website content, sales brochures, ad creatives, blogs, and webinars.

Requirements
