About the RoleAs a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
- Support residents with mobility issues, including assisting with transfers and providing physical support.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction among residents, including planning activities and outings.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate in Care or willingness to work towards
Estimated salary: £24,238.50 per annum.
