Philanthropy & Engagement Associate Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Philanthropy & Engagement Associate to join our Development Team at Eton College. This is a unique opportunity to devise and manage an ambitious fundraising and engagement strategy for regular and annual donors, thus helping to create a sustainable culture of philanthropy at Eton.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Development and Executive Director of Communications, Engagement and Development to create and implement a comprehensive giving strategy. They will prepare and manage detailed plans for the execution of appeals, work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective gift management administration systems, and conduct data analysis to understand donor behavior and prevailing themes and trends.
This role requires a strong understanding of best practice in regular and annual giving techniques, as well as excellent project management skills and experience in database entry, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to initiate projects, be flexible, and work independently, with high levels of commercial awareness, tact, and discretion.
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an 11% employer contribution to your pension, Employee Assistance Programme, enhanced Maternity/Paternity scheme, and free or heavily discounted access to the College's sport and leisure facilities.
