Leisure Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels - Nottingham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of leisure professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and experiences
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery of leisure services
- Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
