About the Role:

Warwick School of Dance is seeking an experienced dance educator to teach ballet classes to students of varying skill levels. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach comprehensive lessons that meet the needs of students.
  • Create a stimulating studio environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
  • A commitment to excellence in education and a passion for inspiring students.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate (£35.00-£50.00) dependent on experience.
  • Part-time position, approximately 3-8 hours per week.
  • Weekends only.
  • Free parking.
