Job Description
We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our training programme as Teaching and Training Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a desire to become fully accredited teachers.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

About the Role
This full-time/part-time position is available for Bachelor's degree holders, including final year students. GCSE at Grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths, English, and Science is required for Primary applications. We are looking for candidates with subject specialisms in areas such as Primary, English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Modern Foreign Languages, Art & Design, Design & Technology, History, Geography, and PE.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and relevant training to trainees preparing them for successful teaching careers.
- Collaborate with experienced educators from local schools and our in-house team to ensure a comprehensive training programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications
