Civils Contracts Manager

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Civils Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role based in the North of Scotland, with occasional working away from home required due to the spread of work across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the contractual and financial aspects of multiple civil engineering projects.
- Be the key person responsible for the successful delivery of the projects assigned.
- Ensure health, safety, environmental & quality compliance as well as program and budget requirements.
- Assist in developing the sustainable profitable growth of the business through delivering successful projects.
- Build and maintain successful teams and by maintaining personal training and development as an example to others.
- Manage all aspects of the project's contracts, finances, and risk management.
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Driving License
- Construction Management NVQ (or equivalent)
- SMSTS/First Aid
In return, our client is offering a salary of £70-£75K DOE + £8k car allowance, including business mileage (20p per mile), generous company pension, 30 days annual leave, and 10% annual bonus based on team/personal performance.
