Civil Engineering Construction/Contracts Manager

Global Highland is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Construction/Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of multiple civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties comply with their obligations and project progress.
  • Assist in developing and implementing project budgets, cost estimates, and expense tracking to ensure project financial stability.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project quality standards are met, and all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensure all changes are documented and approved.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and effective collaboration.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Build, develop, and support the site team/workforce, providing required support to site management teams on project documentation.
  • Support the Bid Management team by providing operational support, including program support and written text, as well as chairing and participating in pre-construction and progress meetings.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and protect subcontractor relationships by establishing effective supply chain management, policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
