Band 5 Night Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team at St Helen's & Knowsley NHS Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in our emergency department.
About the Role:- Provide emergency treatment and ongoing medical care to patients in a seriously ill or unstable condition.
- Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families.
- Communicate clinical information effectively to ensure understanding.
- Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
- Perform patient observations, write care plans, and make referrals as needed.
- At least 2 years post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Competency in using a computer.
