Patient Flow Coordinator - Senior

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Flow Coordinator - Senior. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • To coordinate the smooth flow of patients through the hospital, ensuring timely discharge and minimizing delays.
  • To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address any operational issues.
  • To develop and implement effective patient flow protocols and guidelines.
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient flow processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a coordinating or supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in electronic patient records systems.
