We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Residential Care Practitioner to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. Located in the North West of England, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position involves supporting and caring for vulnerable children, with a focus on providing guidance and support to staff members. Key responsibilities include managing shift patterns, line managing staff, and overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and caring for young people
  • Managing a small staff team
  • Oversseeing shift patterns and implementing care programs

A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is essential for this role, and you should be willing to study towards the Level 5 Diploma. Excellent communication skills, resilience, organisation, and a caring nature are also required. You will receive comprehensive training and career progression opportunities as part of our team.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced DBS payment, pension scheme, wellbeing support, and cycle to work scheme.
