About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation and Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications and consultation strategies for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing communications strategies and delivery plans for major infrastructure projects, including DCOs
  • Managing communications channels and developing themes, core messages and collateral for multiple audiences and stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping key stakeholders for client projects and establishing an engagement strategy and delivery plans
  • Supporting consultation delivery, developing surveys, managing stakeholder feedback channels and analysing consultation responses
  • Planning and delivery of events, both physical and virtual, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all attendees
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of leading the communications and consultation activities on DCO projects
  • Experience in managing teams of different sizes and complexity, including supporting junior colleagues with their career development
  • Strong interest and experience in industry sectors relevant to our business, including infrastructure, transport, energy, water, residential development and commercial development
  • Proactive and ambitious, with a keen eye for new business opportunities
  • Excellent personal communication skills, with a strong focus on inclusion and accessibility
