About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation and Communications team in either Leeds or Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering effective communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications strategies and delivery plans to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Support the development of themes, core messages, and collateral for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • Manage communications channels and ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders for client projects and establish engagement strategies and delivery plans.
  • Support consultation delivery, develop surveys, manage stakeholder feedback channels, and analyze consultation responses.
  • Plan and deliver events, both physical and virtual, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.

Requirements
  • A degree or masters in a relevant subject, or an equivalent number of years of successful, relevant experience.
  • A strong interest in industry sectors relevant to our business, such as infrastructure, transport, energy, and water.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to structure and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel when required to meet with clients and project teams.
