About the Opportunity

Morson Talent is excited to announce an exceptional chance for a skilled Human Factors professional to join our team in the U.K. Devonport Royal Dockyard site.

This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting the Royal Navy's Fleet of surface ships and nuclear submarines, both domestically and internationally.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work alongside a dedicated human factors team to achieve outstanding results. Key tasks include:

  • Delivering expert advice on human factors solutions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Carrying out thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Fostering lasting relationships with vital stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Human Factors, Psychology, or Engineering
  • A proven track record in human factors consulting or a related field
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a lucrative salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on your level of experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
