Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team at Attribution Search. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting compliance testing in accordance with our Compliance Management Program (CMP) and assisting the Head of Compliance in preparing written reports for senior management and the Board.
- Maintaining compliance policies and procedures to ensure that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in identifying, responding to, and preparing for regulatory changes that may impact our business.
- Assisting the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in countering the risk that our firm might be used to further financial crime.
- Working with the Head of Compliance to assist business areas with recommendations from the CMP.
- Reviewing and approving marketing materials promoting our firm, its products, and services for compliance with all applicable marketing/advertising rules.
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in providing advice to Investor Relations and our firm's Investment Professionals on cross-border marketing rules.
- Assisting front office in drafting compliance responses to RFPs/RFIs/Research Papers and Due Diligence requests.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of buy-side experience, ideally working in Real Estate, Alternatives, or a Multi-Strat fund.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
