Compliance Associate - Junior Client Onboarding & KYC Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team as a Junior Client Onboarding & KYC Officer. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for assisting with all new client onboarding requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, agents, and distributors, performing all relevant checks at the client onboarding stage and on a regular ongoing basis for existing clients.
  • Support KYC compliance matters affecting the company and its E-money business activities, including assisting the business in ensuring the setting up and adherence to all applicable KYC regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor clients and enhance the monitoring plan, reporting back to management to advise and resolve any issues.
  • Complete ongoing due diligence on existing accounts to ensure compliance with requirements of AML/KYC policies.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with at least 6 months experience in a financial services business in any type of role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
