We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Coordinator to join our team at SeeAbility. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Job Summary

As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing person-centered support to our service users, promoting their independence, and empowering them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing daily care and support to service users, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Building relationships and understanding the needs of our service users to deliver tailored support
  • Assisting service users in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Supporting social engagement activities, such as holidays and outings, to enhance the quality of life for our service users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid full UK manual driving license
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • An understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
