Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team at Gaia Recruitment as Occupational Health Specialists.
Your role will involve assessing customers with physical or mental impairments, using your clinical expertise to identify the most effective solutions to help them return to work. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized plans and provide ongoing support and guidance.
As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities, including over 100 hours of CPD protected per annum. Our client offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you can grow and develop your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the UK as a registered nurse (RGN or RMN), physiotherapist or occupational therapist. You will also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
