About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for our field service team to showcase our offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and close sales.
  • Database Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably in a telesales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
