About the Role

We are currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Bias Engineer to join our team in the City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience working on commercial sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on generators, air conditioning units, BMS lighting systems, sprinkler systems, plant rooms, AHUs, and HVAC systems.
  2. Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
Requirements:
  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship.
  • 17th/18th edition certification.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable).

The salary for this role is estimated to be £43,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on market rates and location.
