Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Summit HR. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on HR policy and practice, including conduct, performance, absence, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions, including pay, holiday, and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long-term sickness, changes to benefits, and exit process.
  • Manage a high number of cases and provide accurate, risk-based advice in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues to resolve employee relations issues and provide support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, in a large business supporting large employee numbers.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and provide expert advice in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Passion for employee relations and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
