We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving a range of problems, leading and supervising a team of staff, and maintaining and repairing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and problems
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing training and guidance as needed
  • Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring it is in good working order
  • Process and order supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
  • Communicate technical information to colleagues and stakeholders, explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Investigate and resolve staff grievances and complaints, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Organize and adjust rotas, plans work schedules, and coordinates contractors and suppliers
  • Use tools and equipment safely and effectively, with a high level of dexterity
  • Deal with patient and client queries, complaints, and equipment/service issues
  • Propose and implement changes to practices and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Assemble, dismantle, and ensure safe use of equipment, order and maintain stock, and repair equipment
  • Record and complete timesheets and similar records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Participate in audits and surveys, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
