Weekend Nanny for a Family in London

We are seeking a highly skilled and nurturing Weekend Nanny to join a loving family with three delightful daughters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the family’s fun weekend routine, creating a safe and engaging environment where the children can learn and thrive.

The role involves caring for three girls, aged 4.5, 4.5, and 2.5, including dressing, bathing, meal prep, playing, and activities, and tidying up. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, organized, and firm yet loving, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in professional childcare, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Background in early childhood education or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational abilities for managing routines and meal prep
- Creative in planning fun and educational activities that promote learning through play
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents
- Positive and energetic demeanor
- Firm yet loving approach to discipline and care
- Adaptable and flexible to meet family needs
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Swedish is a bonus
- Committed to working Friday afternoon until Sunday evening
- Willing to live in with accommodation provided (own bedroom and bathroom)
- Open to occasional travel to London and holiday destinations
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking position. We require a recent Paediatric First Aid certificate, an up-to-date Enhanced DBS, and the right to work in the UK.
