About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Bank Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet the required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
- Participate in mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning within a similar environment.
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
