Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts
  • Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions to meet customer needs
  • Respond to internal and external customer concerns and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience preferred
  • Uncovering new business leads through door knocking, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.
  • Experience within logistics a bonus but not essential
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Organization and experience with MS Office
  • A full, clean driving license for at least two years
  • Aged at least 21 due to our car insurance scheme
