Broster Buchanan Ltd is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead their client services company through an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience, ideally within a private equity environment. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the financial strategy to support the company's growth objectives
• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and the executive team based on financial analysis and projections
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• Evaluating and managing financial risks, opportunities, and investments
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conducting financial due diligence for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience, ideally within a private equity environment. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Demonstrable experience in strategic financial planning, analysis, and management
• Knowledge of UK financial regulations and accounting standards
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
