Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at Ultra Electronics Group. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide commercial advice and support to the business, including contract negotiation and management
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected
  • Support the preparation of company contracts with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline, including law, economics, business, or similar
  • High grade in GCSE Maths and English
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks
