Job Title: Electrical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team in Clevedon, North Somerset. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of Electrical Engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in leading and directing teams of engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard, and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

The role will involve working closely with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement engineering strategies, and to ensure that the team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
