As a Junior Formulation Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in formulating innovative products, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring product excellence from concept to consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and delegate multiple improvement project tasks to the wider team of R&D chemists.
  • Reformulate existing formulations to address stability and regulatory issues, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Identify new raw materials and ingredients, analyze samples to confirm they meet our clients' stringent ethical, sustainability, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product lines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree, Masters, or PhD in chemistry/chemical engineering.
  • Ideally experience in formulating cosmetics, skincare, or household products.
  • A strong passion for green chemistry and sustainable products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
