Job Summary
This role involves delivering Reed Wellbeing services to support participants in achieving sustained behavioural improvements in their lifestyle and health. The successful candidate will have experience of coaching or facilitating diverse participant groups and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships within the contract they work on.
About the RoleThe Outreach & Delivery Coach will be responsible for delivering Reed Wellbeing services according to the curriculum, resources and quality standards. They will capture contract-specific data on our Reed Wellbeing systems to assure quality and comply with Commissioner reporting requirements.
