- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition
- Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor property condition and identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus a discretionary bonus of up to 20%
