About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Liaison Officer to join our team at Eco2Solar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and communication between our site managers and our back office.

As a Site Liaison Officer, you will be our primary point of contact for site managers on new build housing developments. You will be responsible for organizing and attending pre-start meetings, conducting technical pre-installation surveys, and inspecting installations for quality control.

You will receive comprehensive training on all technical aspects of the Solar PV Installation to ensure you have a deep understanding of the system and can effectively carry out your duties.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and attend pre-start meetings with site managers to set expectations and confirm installation processes.
  • Conduct technical pre-installation surveys to ensure everything is in place for a successful installation.
  • Inspect installations for quality control and conduct spot checks to maintain high standards and best practices.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a field-based role.
  • Full driving license.
  • Computer literacy (MS Applications).
  • Experience in projects, site work, or construction.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • SSSTS certification (desirable).

You will also possess:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills for engaging with site managers and handling queries or issues.
  • Ability to follow technical drawings and templates for surveys.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
