About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our UK HR team with day-to-day operations. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, with opportunities to grow and develop within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR admin queries across the department.
  • Coordinate and manage training requests, including DCLA training and mandatory course administration.
  • Organize company events and manage the ordering and processing of long service awards and company gifts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR database.
  • Administer employee benefits packages and manage absence records, including processing return-to-work documents.
  • Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
  • Help to roll out and engage employees with Groupwide initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a passion for delivering exceptional HR support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career within a supportive and growing business.
