Reception and Student Information Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Student Support team as a Reception and Student Information Assistant. This part-time role will provide exceptional support to students, staff, and the public, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our busy campus.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the public, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the reception function, ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing queries to the relevant teams or individuals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available to staff and students.
- Collaborate with the Student Support team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to students.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the public.
- Experience working in a busy reception environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
