About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our finance team at Accountable Recruitment. As a Senior Financial Planning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team in producing forecasts, budgets, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the team in producing high-quality forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
  • Monthly Reporting: Oversee month-end tasks, including sales reporting, journal preparation, and management reporting.
  • Divisional & Global Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting deadlines are met consistently.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Activities: Engage in price variance analysis, cost amendments, and process mapping.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the main contact for finance queries.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CIMA Qualified or Part-Qualified (QBE will be considered)
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercially focused analyst role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, growth mindset, and ability to improve processes
  • Strong communication skills with commercial awareness

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
