At ZipRecruiter, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing quality strategies across our systems and technology platforms.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This role is based in Barrow-In-Furness and offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a broad understanding of our business IT architecture, quality function systems, and emerging technologies, partnering with leaders to support the quality systems and technology roadmap.
  • Capture business demand across the quality function portfolio, rationalizing demands and delivering high-quality solutions through strong leadership.
  • Oversee the cradle-to-grave process, from concept design to implementation of resourced improvement projects.
  • Manage project development, launching, and implementation of maintenance and technology projects, including acquiring funding and reporting.
  • Own and develop the functions' technology roadmap, communicating its development to stakeholders and ensuring appropriate funding streams and endorsement.
  • Ensure the development of purposeful, balanced, and robust systems, tools, and processes associated with the Systems and Technology Team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, applying knowledge to complex problems.
  • Experience in developing business cases for business winning purposes, or equivalent, including risk and contingency management.
