We are seeking an experienced and caring Adult Care Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in Harrogate. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, helping them to live as independently as possible.
Salary:£24 per hour (Ltd) + Uplifts for nights and weekends. Flexible shifts to suit your schedule, Long Days and Nights available.
Job Description:About the Role:
- Provide personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, and eating.
- Support with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families, building strong relationships.
- Understand and adapt communication to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or residential setting (12 months).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet scheduled commitments.
- Completed Practical Moving and Handling Training.
- Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available for this role.
