Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team.
About the RoleThis is a varied and hands-on position requiring both technical/data-analytical and business change skills.
You will work both remotely and on-site with our customers, guiding them through the changes needed to maximise their return on investment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and integrate new software and technology projects within the NHS.
- Work with Customer IT and internal infrastructure team to set up and configure solutions.
- Map and load data, train end users, and follow change management best practice.
- Manage the complete project from end to end, maintaining project governance and management of issues, risks, scope, budgets, and communication.
- SIGNIFICANT hands-on experience in implementations of technology-based business change projects.
- A full driving licence with access to a car to travel to client sites.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working within the public sector environment.
- Understanding of and adherence to integrated management system requirements.
- Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Commercially aware.
- Good analytical skills with ability to understand business requirements and transform into IT solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with challenging timescales.
- An attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
