Clinical Lead Job Description

The TRCGroup is currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join their team in Christchurch. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in the nursing home. You will work closely with nurses and carers to ensure residents receive the best care and meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursing team to maintain high standards of clinical care.
  • Work closely with nurses and carers to ensure residents receive the best care.
  • Ensure compliance with audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Train, support, and mentor others to promote best nursing practice.
  • Encourage positive working relationships within the team.

Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skillset and ability to make clinical decisions.
  • Prior management experience or experience of leading a small team.
