About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at YMCA. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in the success of our charity shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising and stock rotation to maximize income for the shop
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers
  • Deputizing for the Store Manager when needed
  • Working effectively and efficiently to promote the work of YMCA within the local community
