We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in the success of our charity shops, working closely with our Store Manager and Area Manager to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, including merchandising, stock rotation, and customer service.
- Deputise for the Store Manager when needed, taking on additional responsibilities and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Work effectively with the team to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
