At QVC, we're committed to providing a more human way to shop. As a Consumer Insight Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by analyzing internal and external trends to identify opportunities and understand what motivates our customers and influences their behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data sets to synthesize and produce hypotheses to support business decisions
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights about QVC UK's customer and strategic opportunities
  • Develop and maintain customer personas, including creative evaluation and research on QVC brand and customers
  • Monitor market retail, platform, technology, and merchandising landscapes using platforms such as Euromonitor, Stylus, Statista, and Qualtrics
  • Communicate findings through various methods of reporting, including PowerPoint, Tableau Dashboard, Excel reports, and Word documents
What You'll Bring
  • Understanding of databases and data mining
  • Experience as a research analyst within a research agency or in-house role
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Experience running qualitative projects, including writing briefs, recruitment, and critiquing findings
