About the Role
We are seeking a talented Child Development Specialist to join our team in Meldreth, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and young adults to identify and address their needs, promote their independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Providing person-centered care and support, identifying and addressing individual needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, and participating in therapy sessions and activities.
Benefits and Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £24,375-£26,582 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including a welcome bonus, DBS payment, and 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
